Hair Consultations: A hair consultation is required for ALL new clients. Appointments will not be approved until an in-person consultation has been completed. This consultation allows us to get to know each other, discuss your hair history, and ensure I am the right stylist for you. It also helps us create a clear plan to achieve your hair goals while setting realistic expectations.
Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required when booking your appointment. This deposit secures your spot and will be applied toward the cost of your service.
Cancellation/Rescheduling: Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. You can call or text me at (619) 900-3799.
Appointment Confirmation: You are required to confirm your appointment. Unconfirmed appointments will be canceled.
Guest Policy: My studio is a cozy space designed for scheduled clients only. Please do not bring extra guests. No children are allowed unless they are receiving a service. Only service animals are permitted in the studio.
Hair Color Services: Color services and corrections can sometimes get messy despite precautions. Please wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind potentially getting stained.
No Refunds: I do not offer refunds on services. If you are unhappy with your hair, notify me within 72 hours, and I will gladly adjust tones or fix unintentional issues. Note: Achieving lighter or “blonder” hair may require multiple sessions and does not qualify as a redo.
Right to Refuse Service: I strive to maintain a positive environment. I will not tolerate rude, aggressive, or demeaning behavior. Clients behaving negatively will be asked to leave and will not be rebooked.
