    Vendor Registration

    Location: Suck Bang Blow. 3393 US-17 BUS. Murells Inlet, SC 29576. This is an outdoor event. Tent, and shade cloths are HIGHLY suggested. This event is rain or shine. All Vendors are required to supply your own tables, chairs, and set up. A sign with your business name must be displayed in your booth.

  • 1. Your Application does not guarantee entry. We focus on rare and uncommon indoor and outdoor plants, plant supplies, and anything "planty" and homemade related vendors. We curate our events to meet the needs of our local community and offer a varied group of vendors. 

    2 . All Vendors need to be at the event  location at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled event time for set up. If you're late, you will not be allowed to set up once the market is open. 

    3. Spaces will depend on the number of vendors attending. Please CONTACT me if you have special space requirements.

    4. You are responsible to set up and break down your space - ALL trash and items go with YOU.

    5. As a vendor you agree to keep and maintain a good, professional working relationship within the SE Rare Plant Market Community and the public. 

    6. Vendor Fees are Non-Refundable or Transferable.

        a. If we have to cancel due to weather, or any unforseen circumstances we will attempt a reschedule, if we are successful on a reschedule date and you can not make the reschedule date, no refund will be issued. You may NOT transfer your vend fees to another vendor in your place. You can NOT use it as credit for a future event. 
        b. If we can not reschedule a new date, a refund will be issued minus the cost of your individual marketing for said event. (The marketing cost is anywhere between $15-$30 this is calculated by time spent plus cost to individually and collectively advertise your business and the Market event)

    7. If you cancel 10 days before the scheduled event, a cancellations fee of $25.00 will be applied to your next SE Rare Plant Market event. Should this occur twice, you will no longer be invited to return as a vendor.

    8. Being a vendor for Southeast Rare Plant Market,LLP you are required to advertise/post about the event on your social media. Showcasing your goods in a creative, appealing way, using your social media to promote the event. As the Market we also agree to promote you on all our social media to expose you and your business for the event. Your application and vending fee must be turned in a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event date to be advertised on our social media platforms.

  • I have voluntarily agreed to participate in the Southeast Rare Plant Market, LLP.

    I hereby unconditionally release and forever discharge any persons, entities and their prospective employees, officers, contractors, partners, or subsidiary entities, representatives, members or affiliates related in any way to SE Rare Plant Market, LLP from any and all actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, claims or demands (including without limitation those based on negligence, gross negligence and/or product liability, breach of contract or any other duty of care owed under applicable laws) that I, my heirs, next of kin, spouse, successors and assigns now have or may hereafter have any injury to me or my property, resulting directly or indirectly from my participation in the Market entitled:

    I hereby affirm: I am 19 years of age or older. I have carefully read this document, and I understand its contents. I am aware this document is a release of all liability and a contract enforceable against me (and my heirs, next of kin, spouse, legal representatives, and successors) in a court of law. I have signed this document of my own free will.

    SE Rare Plant market, LLP and its affiliate partners reserve the right to remove you as a vendor if you choose to not follow any of the above application guidelines.
