Track Race:

1. Participants will be categorized based on their birth year.

2. The race will have 9 categories.

Bike Requirements:

3. For Malaysia rider, open to Cakalyen, Sunrimoon, Bike8 and Rockfish bike only.

4. Purchase Cakalyen, Sunrimoon, Bike8 or Rockfish brand bikes only from authorized distributors in Malaysia.

5. Only balance bikes with a size of 12 inches are allowed for racing in all categories.

6. All riders must have their own balance bike.

Safety Gear:
7. All riders must wear knee and elbow pads, along with a properly fitted helmet that meets safety standards.

Bike Specifications:
8. The handlebar length must not exceed 460mm.

9. Axles must not extend more than 20mm from the fork.

Adherence to Rules:
10. All riders must strictly follow the rules set by the organizers. Failure to do so may result in denial of participation.

Parental Involvement:
11. Parents are not allowed on the track during the race to ensure a fair and safe environment.

Penalties:
12. Any riders who rides in such a way as to constitute a hazard to the safety or well-being of the competitor will penalized accordingly.

13. Any act or series of actions that in the opinion of the Technical Committee can be defined as dangerous riding shall be penalized by demoted position or elimination at the discretion of the Technical Committee.

Organizer's Discretion:
14. The organizer has the right to accept or reject submissions without prior notice or providing a reason.

15. The organizer also reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time if they deem it necessary.

Objection and Deposit:
16. All decisions made by the organizers are final.

17. If participants have objections, they must provide strong evidence and pay RM100 cash as a deposit for collateral purposes.

18. The deposit will only be returned if the guardian can prove all objections. The organizers will not provide evidence, such as videos or photos, for objection purposes.

Participation Fees and Race Postponement:
19. Participation fees will not be refunded if a participant withdraws before or during the race.

20. Additionally, the organizer reserves the right to postpone the race due to unavoidable reasons.

1. I confirm that I am a parent or legal guardian of  Rockfish Cup Championship 2024 Participant.

2. During this event, I will follow all rules, regulations, decisions and guidance set by organizers.

3. I accept full responsibility for any such injuries or damages which may occur to Parent or Participant on or about the premises or area under control of Releases. I assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages or losses which may occur to Parent or Participant and forever releases and discharges Releases and their owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims and/or damages.

4. I permit free use of images and videos taken by the event organizers and media staff for publicity and advertisements and will not claim rights, such as personal portrait rights, to refuse publicity of these photographs.

5. In case of cancellation or changes to the events due to natural disasters, incidents, or accidents, I agree under any circumstances not to claim refund of participation fee.

6. During this event, I will be responsible for personal belongings, and I understand that organizers of the events, other participants, or event staff will not be held accountable for loss or damage of these belongings.

7. I will dedicate myself to the prevention of heat illnesses. And, I will check my child’s body temperature in the morning of the day of the event and will not allow him/her to participate in the event in case of fever, other health issues and Covid 19 symptoms including close contact.
