Frequently Asked Questions
            What to wear (for guests/attendees): This event is from 9am-3pm and we want everyone to be comfortable. Everyone is encouraged to dress casually.
            Registration time: Our registration table will open at 8:30am. Please arrive between 8:15am-9am. We will shut down the registration table around 9:15am.
            Map: Please use this link as a guide for important map details. It shows where you should park (labeled in Red) if you are staying for the event, where you should drop off your kid if you're not staying at the event and ONLY dropping off (labeled in Purple), and where the actual building is where we will be for the duration of the event (labeled in Orange). If you're using a mobile device, please download the "google maps" app.

            Parking:The parking garage closest to the medical science building is the Eden Avenue Garage and the address for this parking garage is 3223 Eden Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220. The parking garage charges $5 to park, which covers you for the day. Parking will NOT be validated. Do NOT misplace your parking ticket. 
            Food: We will provide breakfast and lunch for everyone in attendance. For individuals with dietary restrictions, we will have options to fit your needs.
            Vendors: Thank you for coming! You will be setup in the designated vendor space. We will have a variety of vendors in attendance, including but not limited to; Colleges, Military recruiters, Trade representatives, and more!
            Attendees (High schoolers and Middle Schoolers): If possible, please arrive at the event with an official transcript and printout of test scores. If you don't have an official transcript, an unofficial transcript will work. We will have several universities on site. You are encouraged to speak and network with all universities in attendance. You can ask any and all admissions questions and/or things you should be doing in order to get admitted into that respective university/college. Also, please come to the event with at least two questions to ask the Fraternity/Sorority panel. The Fraternity/Sorority panel will consist of current college students and recent college graduates. This is your opportunity to ask questions about the college process and their transition to high school and college.
            Parents: You are welcome to attend every session. You can also ask questions to the guest panel, breakout session leaders, and/or college recruiters/representatives. Please make sure your child/student has questions ready to be answered by the individuals we are providing for them.
             
            Itinerary: The skeleton itinerary will be:
            8:30 AM – 9:00 AM: Student Registration  
            9:00 AM - 9:15 AM: Breakfast on the Go  
            9:15 AM - 9:25 AM: Event Introduction  
            9:25 AM - 10:10 AM: AM Session 1 (4 Sessions)  
            10:10 AM - 10:40 AM: Tabling  
            10:45 AM – 11:30 AM: AM Session 2 (4 Sessions)  
            11:30 PM - 12:30 PM: Working Lunch (Speaker & Panel Discussion)  
            12:30 PM – 1:15 PM: PM Session 1 (4 Sessions)  
            1:15 PM – 1:45 PM: Tabling 2  
            1:45 PM - 2:30 PM: PM Session 2  
            2:30 PM – 3:00 PM: Program Close
