Club Head Instructor Requirements
To maintain compliance and uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism, your Head Instructor must hold the following accreditations, which must be recorded on their Member Profile in RevSport:
- Current Working With Children Check (specific to your state/territory requirements)
- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
- Current CPR Certificate (HLTAID009)
- Completion of the Sport Integrity Australia Safeguarding Children and Young People in Sport Induction Course
- Completion of the Play By The Rules Harassment and Discrimination Training
- Kukkiwon Certification (4th Dan or higher)

Club Compliance Requirements
To ensure compliance, the following documents must be uploaded in your Club Portal under Account Settings:
- Proof of Business
- Code of Conduct
- Member Protection Policy
If you’re a returning club, don’t worry—these documents should already be saved from last year! If any updates or uploads are needed, we’ll contact you directly to guide you through the process.
To receive your 2025 Insurance Document and ensure your club is insured, you must provide the required documentation in full. Failure to complete and submit the necessary documentation will result in your club not being insured for 2025.
