1. Only submit a pre-order form if you are committed to completing your purchase.

Cancellations incur a 20% fee (based on sub-total). Repeated cancellations or unpaid fees may lead to being listed as a "Bogus Buyer."

2. Payments are accepted via BPI, Maribank, GCash, Maya, and PayPal.

LATE FEES
1–3 days late: 3% fee on sub-total.
Beyond 3 days: Additional ₱20 per day penalty.

3. Orders will be shipped within the specified period; delivery takes 1–7 business days. We will notify you of any schedule changes.

4. Made for More PH is not responsible for courier delays, lost, or damaged packages. However, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

MATTE - UV print on black silicone case (matte finish)
CLEAR - UV print on transparent/clear silicone case (matte finish)
GLASS - Sublimation print on black silicone case with back side covered & protected w/ tempered glass

To ensure smooth communication regarding your order, please select your preferred method for receiving updates. We will send your order confirmation, payment instructions, and any other important information about your order through this channel.

Delivery via Shopee Checkout:

A Shopee checkout link will be provided 1-3 days prior to order shipment. The product price is ₱10, which includes a complimentary sticker. The customer is responsible for the Shopee shipping fee.

To guarantee the secure and reliable delivery of your order, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for this transaction. We encourage you to use our other secure payment methods, such as e-wallets, debit cards, credit cards, or ShopeePay.

We want to be upfront about Shopee's refund policy regarding lost packages. If your order is lost in transit, Shopee will refund the ₱10 product price. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the full value of your original order. We encourage you to consider other shipping options if you prefer full order value protection.

Advantage: Cheaper shipping fee
Disadvantage: Declared value is ₱10 only. 

Express delivery via J&T or GoGoXpress:

Declared value is the total amount of your order (in case of lost parcel); easier to track & follow-up.

Same Day Delivery via Lalamove or Grab:
Pick-up point is within Novaliches Area.
Delivery fee will be shouldered by the receiver.

For those who chose Shopee Checkout as mode of delivery:
You are only required to input your city & province. Write "x" on street address, brgy, zip code. Thanks!
