Dress: Wear your best Christmas outfit for the chance to win a prize.

What to bring: Chairs, rugs, hat, sunscreen, BYO food & drinks, scooters/bikes, ball games and anything needed for a fun day out!

Every Type 1 child attendee receives a special gift so please put their name clearly in the field below.
