We recommend uploading data for the trailing 12 months or the previous calendar year. If your business typically has projects that last for more than 6 months, a 24-month analysis may be more insightful.

Please use accrual format if available.

If the Profit & Loss Detail report includes a detailed breakdown of sales by customer/product/etc., then the Sales Breakdown Report is NOT needed.

Otherwise, please provide the Sales Breakdown for the same time period as the Profit & Loss.
