2025 Six Day Project Group Registration Form
Our 2025 Six Day Project will take place in the community surrounding our new opportunity hub, Anchor Detroit, located on Detroit's east side from Monday, September 29 – Saturday, October 4, 2025! Once you submit this form, you will be contacted by a Life Remodeled team member. This form is only for groups, and all volunteers must be at least 14-years-old. Please do not fill out this form if you are a member of a group that has a group leader who has already registered.
