ArMA's 2025 Poster Symposium

The Arizona Medical Association invites you to submit an abstract for presentation during our 2025 Poster Symposium.

Accepted abstracts will be presented as posters during the 2025 Annual Meeting, taking place April 4th & 5th, at the Sheraton Mesa Hotel at Wrigleyville West. The abstracts will also be published in conference proceedings and available on our website.

All abstracts for the 2025 ArMA Annual Meeting Poster Symposium must be submitted electronically through this form. Click here to review all guidelines and criteria.

IMPORTANT DATES

February 5th, 2025: Submission deadline for written abstract
March 3rd, 2025: Deadline for abstract review
March 5th, 2025 Abstract authors will be notified
April 4th & 5th, 2025: Authors present at ArMA's 2025 Poster Symposium
