IMPORTANT: All events REQUIRE a ServSafe Certified Person in Charge during all prep and serving hours for all kitchen use events. For new facilities (High School and EECC), a ServSafe certified Nutrition Services Staff member must work the entire shift the kitchen and serving lines are in use. For other schools, a kitchen tour including proper use and cleaning training must be scheduled at least one week ahead of event between 5:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Please list a few dates you and the ServSafe certified employee are available to do so. ** Also, we will require an inspection with you and our Operations Supervisor to inspect the kitchen when finished with the event. All scheduled times must occur within our normal operation hours to avoid a staff fee of $30.00/hour.
