    Terms

    1. Booking will be confirmed only after signing the application form with deposit.
    2. Men and women will be seated separately. 
    3. No music permitted. 
    4. Applicants responsible for setting up chairs and tables. 
    5. The spaces of the Muslim Center of New York is available for use on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment at reservation.
    6. No refund, if cancelled less than two weeks before the event.
    7. The applicant and the guests must observe the Islamic code of conduct and dress, while conducting their programs in the Hall and on the premises.
    8. Music, Songs, Dancing and Birthday Parties are forbidden in the spaces at all times.
    9. Only Halal food must be served.
    10. The Masjid is open to the public during all Salah times, Adhan and Salah timings remain in effect as fixed by the administration of the Center.
    11. Muslim Center shall not be responsible for any kind of loss to the person, property or the personal items of the users and their guests.
    12. The applicants need prior permission if they desire to bring in any furniture or fixture to be used for program. All items of this nature will be brought in and taken away after the program at the risk of the renters.
    13. There is a separate donation for using the Kitchen. If Kitchen is used for serving food it should be thoroughly cleaned after the program. Left-over food and other garbage must be placed in garbage bags and left at the designated area for pickup.
    14. It will be the total responsibility of the users to leave the Hall and the Kitchen (if used) after the program as neat and clean as they had found before their program, or even better.
    15. Cleaning expense of $50.00 is payable along with the contract (for events only)
    16. The applicants must see the Center's caretaker before they leave the premises after their program.
    17. In case of any breakage or damage to the premises, furniture or fixture of the Center, the applicants will be solely responsible for its repair or replacement.
    18. Separate sections for sisters and brothers - no mingling.
