    Thank you for taking the time to request an appointment with Bre, at Down Yonder Tattoo. In order to assist us with streamlining the booking process as well as ensuring no client "falls through the cracks" ALL booking requests will be done HERE. Please take a moment to complete this form to better help us in booking you an appropriate appointment. If there are any questions you do not understand or are unsure of how to respond, give it your best guess and let us know at the end of this form how we can be of further assistance. Once this form is submitted, you will be automatically added to Bre's Running Call List. Once we reach your name on the call list, we will contact you to schedule your appointment(s). **Please DO NOT submit this form if you are NOT ready to book your appointment AND pay your deposit.**

  • Pricing & Deposit Policy is as followed:

    Pricing: Smaller tattoos are priced individually depending on size, detail and placement. Larger tattoos (that require 3hrs or more) will be priced by the hour (Bre charges $180/hr). Appointment time slots will be determined by Bre based on the infomation provided in this form. Bre also offers full day sessions based on client preferences. Full day sessions are booked in a 6hr time slot which includes: tattoo prep, set up, any design changes, tattoo time, necessary breaks for both client and artist (quick stand and stretch, water, restroom as well as snack/quick lunch break) and are $1,000. Full day sessions are NOT to be shared with mulitple clients.

    Deposit Policy: Bre requires a non refundable depsit of $100. Your deposit will be deducted from your final session. 

    **Deposit Policy Exception: If you have to cancel your appointment (and it is NOT A LAST MINUTE CANCELATION) AND you are NOT able to reschedule, you are entitled to a 100% refund of your deposit.

    Last Minute Cancelations: Last minute cancelations (less that 48hrs) on your behalf will result in the forfeiture of your deposit to cover the time lost on Bre's end. Think of this as buying event tickets. If you purchase tickets for a certain date/time and are unable to make it to the event, it's a loss on your end, no matter the circumstances. 
    If you find yourself having to make a last minute cancelation (less that 48hrs) you will lose your deposit and will be placed back on Bre's call list. When we reach your name on the list, you will be required to leave a NEW deposit in order to book your next appointmnet. 

    Reschedules: Reschedules (prior to reaching the 48hrs last minute cancelation) are FREE to do so without any penalty. UNLESS you reschedule 2 consecutive times. If you find yourself having to reschedule 2 consecutive times, you will lose your deposit and will be placed back on Bre's call list. When we reach your name on the list, you will be required to leave a NEW deposit in order to book your next appointmnet.

    **Please note that there are ofcourse exception to the rules and those exceptions will be considered on a case by case basis.
