PROGRAM COST AND PRICING STRUCTURE

Hockey Australia Fee - $22.81 + State Associtation Fee - $0-30 (Varies depending on state).

ON TOP OF THIS COST how much would your club like to charge to deliver this terms program?
Club Deliverer fee is recommended to be $10-30 however you can choose between $0 - $150.*
Participant pack's are an additional cost of $55.00.

Hookin2Hockey Club Packs

As part of becoming a Hookin2Hockey Provider you will receive a Hookin2Hockey Starter Pack If it's your 1st year doing Hookin2Hockey or Loyalty Pack if it is your 2nd year these include: STARTER PACK (First Year): 1 x Poster, 15-25 x Hookin2Hockey Reversible Bibs, Hookin2Hockey Mesh Fence Banner. LOYALTY PACK (Second Year): Equipment Fun Pack with Portable Goals, Ladders, Hulla Hoops, Soft Balls, Flat Disc Markers, Cones & a carry bag.

As a Hookin2Hockey Provider, (I/the club) agree:
• To be bound by and to comply with the Hockey Australia (HA) National Integrity Framework (NIF) made available via HA's website at www.hockey.org.au/integrity, as amended and replaced from time to time.

• To complete any mandatory integrity education requirements as directed by HA.

• To receive hockey-related and marketing and promotional information and communication from HA. You may opt out of your e-mail being used for communication purposes by contacting HA at ha@hockey.org.au.

• All persons in child-related work in your club/organisation, that involves, or may involve, contact with children or young people have a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) or equivalent.

• To facilitate the promotion of the Hookin2Hockey brand by consenting to and providing images, video, film and photography of children and young people participating in Hookin2Hockey activities for the purpose of promoting the brand. Persons may withdraw consent for the use of their image rights collected by giving notice in writing to the HA Privacy Officer at ha@hockey.org.au.
