We will work to get you the best price available. We personalize the trip to each individual. We will discuss your vision and provide all the options available to plan your dream vacation. Vacation Quotes

- We ask that you allow 2-7 business days for a response with quotes to your email that you have provided below.

Payment

After vacation quote is agreed upon, all payment information will be required to be processed to the selected vendor. There will be credit card authorization form provided for each person responsible for payment.

QuickTrip Travel Services will NEVER sell or give away your information.  

• 1-2 travelers $25
• 3-6 travelers $60
• 7-20 travelers $90
• 21 or more travelers $120 & up
• Long Haul & Multi City $80
• Cruise Package $35

We will provide up to 3 quotes for ONE location. Any additional locations will accrue an extra $20 per location.

Upon submission of this fee and form to request your quote, please allow 2-7 business days to receive your proposal at the email address you provided.

If your quote requires additional information and/or revisions, you will be contacted with questions via the same email submitted. Please remember that this fee covers your quote and one complimentary revision. Should you need to make more than one change, an additional fee of $25 per revision will apply.

Please note that all planning and research fees are final and non-refundable. This fee will be retained if you choose to book elsewhere, discontinue the planning process, or cancel your trip. Thank you for your understanding!

QuickTrip Travel Services Booking Policies
 
Please ensure that you provide the most accurate information possible. After a quote is provided, it can only be modified once before a revision fee of $25 will apply for any additional changes. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in dates, travelers, locations, resort/hotel selections, cruise port options, missing information, and corrections to provided details. To avoid any extra fees, please consult with your party before submitting the form.

After your deposit is paid, final payments are typically due 30-45 days before travel. For bookings made within this time frame, full payment will be required at the time of booking.

Please note that all planning fees (research fees) are final and non-refundable. This fee will be retained if you choose to book elsewhere, discontinue the planning process, or cancel your trip.
 

Final Payment and Cancellation Reminders

QuickTrip Travel Services will send final payment reminders approximately 1-2 weeks before the due date to ensure timely payment.

Please note that once the final payment is made, cancellations may be subject to supplier terms and penalties, which could result in partial or full forfeiture of the payment.
