The TSYLF Board of Directors now requires all associations to submit a detailed description of their educational topics, speakers, and/or certification courses for approval before receiving grant reimbursement.
Please review your grant agreement carefully to ensure your proposed use of funds aligns with all approved funding uses and restrictions. Any unapproved expenditures or controversial topics will not be eligible for reimbursement.
Photo & Event Image Requirements:
Associations must submit 8–10 high-quality photos that accurately represent the event. These should include:
- Speakers and presentations
- Course books/handouts
- Certificates of completion (where applicable)
- Branded signage
- Attendees
- Venue and setup
- Food, décor, and other notable event features
These images will be used to create promotional materials highlighting both your association and TSYLF programs, with the goal of increasing visibility, recognition, and social capital.
Important:
Reports submitted without sufficient photo documentation will not be accepted
Submissions consisting only of video (requiring staff to capture screenshots) will be rejected, and reimbursements will not be processed until usable images are provided.
Deadlines:
Reports must be submitted within 30 days of the event or certification workshop. Final deadline for all submissions is December 15th of the funded year.
