The TSYLF board of directors now requires all associations to submit a description of their educational topics and speakers or certification courses for approval before receiving reimbursements. Please refer to your grant agreement for approved funding uses and restrictions. Unapproved use of funds or controversial topics are not eligible for reimbursement from TSYLF.
Photos and event images: Please submit 8 - 10 QUALITY photos featuring images such as the speaker, branded signage, presentations, etc. Please include photos of attendees, the venue, food, décor, and other special event features that make your organization stand out. These photos will be used to create a collage post promoting your association and the foundation’s programs with a goal of reciprocal recognition, awareness, and social capital. Reports submitted without proper photos or only videos that require the Foundation staff to take screenshots will not be accepted. Your association must provide usable images before an approved reimbursement can be issued.
Reporting after the event: If you have read through the association grant guidelines and feel confident that your topic/course and use of funds comply with TSYLF requirements, then you can submit your completed report with relevant attachments through the online portal for review. Completed reports must be submitted within 30 days of the educational event or certification workshop, or by December 15 of the funded year at the latest.
