Congratulations on being selected as a benefactor of the Timothy S.Y. Lam Foundation's Hospitality Association Grant Reimbursement Program. Updates have been made to the grant guidelines to manage reimbursements, maintain uniformity, and enforce accountability. Reimbursement checks will be disbursed after a two-step submission process per event/program:
1. Program approval
2. Program Reporting
If you have questions or concerns about your topic or speakers, please submit a description of your event via email at cmills@timothysylam.org at least 3 weeks prior to your event or within enough time for your organization to adjust its program.
You will receive a confirmation email with a link to edit this form (KEEP THAT EMAIL) to submit your related invoice, photos, statistics, or other information once your education or certification event/program has been completed.
