Hospitality Association Information
Congratulations on being selected as a benefactor of the Timothy S.Y. Lam Foundation's Hospitality Association Grant reimbursement program. Updates have been made to the grant guidelines in order to manage reimbursements, maintain uniformity, and enforce accountability. Reimbursement checks will be distributed after a two-step submission process per event/program:

1. Program Pre-approval

2. Program Reporting

If you have questions or concerns about your topic or speakers please submit a description of your event on this form at least 3 weeks prior or within enough time for your organization to adjust its program.

You will receive a confirmation email with a link to edit this form (KEEP THAT EMAIL) to submit your related invoice, photos, statistics, or other information once your education or certification event/program has been completed.

Program Submission Approval
The TSYLF board of directors now requires all associations to submit a description of their educational topic or speakers for approval before receiving reimbursements. Please refer to your grant agreement for approved funding uses and restrictions.

Unapproved use of funds or controversial topics are not eligible for reimbursement from TSYLF.

Please provide a brief description of the TSYLF funded education/certification program you are seeking approval for. Description can include information such as: event location, speaker's names, titles, short bios, special features, targeted audience, number of attendees etc.
