Payment Terms:

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This helps us cover the initial costs of hosting your event.

The remaining balance is due within 14 business days after the event for corporate events.

For non corporate groups balance is due on the day of the event.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within 7 days before the event where full payment has been made will receive a refund minus the deposit.

Cancellations made within the time span 7 days before the event where only the deposit has been made will not receive a refund.
