Welcome! Host your own Wellington Jazz Festival performance and get ready to join the party.

Please complete this form to register your Event for the Wellington Jazz Festival, 15-19 October, 2025.

You'll need to submit one event per Registration Form. If you've got any questions about the 2025 Wellington Jazz Festival or completing this form please email info@jazzfestival.co.nz.

26 June: Registrations open for Wellington Jazz Festival events
6 August: First Release programme announced
15 August: Registrations close for Wellington Jazz Festival events
3 September: Wellington Jazz Festival City Line-Up programme launched online
15-19 October: Wellington Jazz Festival

The Wellington Jazz Festival will programme event/s each day of the Festival.

Please note that if you participate in the City Line-Up you must share your audience figures with the Wellington Jazz Festival within 10 days of the event concluding.
