In consideration of being allowed to participate in the player tryouts organized by Stinger Baseball, I, the undersigned, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in player tryouts involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, property damage, and the risk of contracting contagious diseases. I voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks associated with my participation.
Release and Waiver: I, for myself and my heirs, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Stinger Baseball, its officers, directors, coaches, volunteers, and all associated personnel, from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether for personal injury, property damage, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the player tryouts, including any actions or negligence on the part of Stinger Baseball and its personnel.
Parent/Guardian Consent: If the participant is a minor, the parent or legal guardian must consent to this waiver and release of liability on their behalf.
I have read and understand this Waiver and Release of Liability, and I voluntarily sign it as my own free act and deed. I am aware that by signing this document, I am waiving certain legal rights that I or my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns may have against Stinger Baseball.
