ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND UNDERSTANDING:
I, the undersigned agree and acknowledge my understanding of the following steps and information:
- The Italian Language & Culture Residency Program is a paid program and not a volunteering or employment position;
- The cost of the Italian Language & Culture Residency Program is €2,500 (plus €500 fully-refundable security deposit) as advised in the information above;
- Once this application form has been signed and submitted it will be assessed by the English in Italia Residency Program team;
- A confirmation of receipt will be sent;
- Within 7 days of receipt of this application an email advising if the application has been successful - pending an online interview, will be sent;
- The email will include an invitation to attend an online interview to discuss more details of the Residency Program, confirm program dates and location, and to address any outstanding questions;
- After the online interview and if successful the Applicant will be sent an email offering participation in the Residency Program, and a formal offer for participation in the English in Italia Language & Culture Residency Program;
- The formal offer for participation must be signed, accepted and returned to the English in Italia Residency Program Team within 7 days;
- On acceptance of the formal offer the Applicant must provide the following:
- Copies of Passport and Identity Documents
- Copies of Travel Itinerary
- Copies of Health / Travel Insurance
- Copies of National Police Checks
- The Residency Program Fee of €2,500 (plus the €500 fully-refundable security deposit, as per the terms of the Residency Participant formal offer), must be paid within 7 days of the notice of final acceptance (payment plans can be arranged if required).
- Details for payment of the Residency Program Fee will be provided in the formal offer of participation.
