Location: Palace Stables Hayloft, Armagh. Age: 18+ (younger participants can take part but must be accompanied by an adult)
Do you want to learn basic first aid? Would you know what to do or what information to gather in an emergency? This First Aid Awareness workshop will provide the tools and information needed to learn basic first aid skills. Topics covered include choking, CPR, use of a defibrillator, recovery position and communication with emergency services. You will also get the chance to take part in multiple scenarios and see inside a St John Ambulance. Please note that this workshop is not accredited but participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
