Vitalia HOA Work Order Request Process
Resident completes the form and presses Submit. Note you may attach pictures to the email to support your request. Once submitted the resident will be notified the form has been received.

This form, along with the pictures are delivered directly to the contractor.

Contractor’s Rep. inspects each individual Resident Request Form within approximately (1) week of being received.

Contractor’s Rep. documents date of inspection, findings/suggestions and provides supporting pictures for each Request Form when necessary. Resident is advised of findings and plan of action (if applicable) by email.
