  • Kendal Calling 2025 - Access Request

  • So excited that you have chosen to join us in the fields next Summer! Please ensure you have read all the information on our website (available here) regarding the facilities and the Kendal Calling site before applying.

    In order to apply for accessible facilities at Kendal Calling, you will need an Access Card. If you do not have one, you can apply for one here. 

    Upon completion, our team will assess the symbols on your Access Card and approve you for access to the relevant facilities for each of your symbols. You can see a full rundown each facility and the qualifying symbols on our access page here. For instance, if you have a +1 symbol on your access card, upon approval, our Access Team will send you details on how to book your essential companion ticket. 

    Please note the name on the below application must match that of the name on the access card. If applying on behalf of a child, please use the child's name in the below application.

    Live in vehicles are currently fully allocated

      Please note: you must also have the Level Access, Long Distances or Assistant Dog symbol on your access card in order to be approved for the Campsite with Accessible Facilities (this includes the Accessible Live-in Vehicle pitches and Accessible boutique upgrades). If you do not have these, you do not need to fill in the following section.

    • Accessible live-in vehicle pitches and boutique are allocated on a first come, first served basis. If you are successful, our team will send you further details upon approval on how to book your upgrade.
