Purpose
To provide employees with an alternative parking solution while business levels permit.
Please refer to the following guidelines on the proper temporary usage of the hotel parking garage and designated employee parking at Hotel X Toronto
General Guidelines
- Designated employee parking is located on the north (Ten X) side of the B2 parking lot. Please do not park in the B1 area as these spots should be made available for the convenience of our hotel guests.
- Parking has a cost of $118 per month, deducted monthly directly through payroll or cash payment to Human Resources. There are no daily rates or discounted parking passes available.
- Your payment is valid only for the vehicle(s) bearing the license plate number(s) recorded on this form.
- The parking ticket may NOT be loaned or transferred.
- Unauthorized use of this pass will result in parking privileges being revoked.
- Pass is valid only while engaged in active employ at the Hotel.
- Hotel X Toronto will not be responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or contents.
- All employees with authorized parking pass must park between spots #158 to #234.
- If your ticket is lost or stolen, please contact HR office immediately.
- The Price is subject to change and at the Company’s discretion.
There is a zero tolerance for any Associate found parking without authorization or are in breach of these guidelines. Your parking pass will be confiscated and a parking pass will need to be coordinated with Exhibition Place for outdoor parking.
I have reviewed the contents of this policy and understand and agree to the guidelines as described above. I authorize Hotel X Toronto to make a payroll deduction in the full amount described on the pay date closest to the date of this policy being signed.
