  • Eligible Nominees:

    • Must be 15 years removed from graduation.
    • Only living nominees will be accepted.
    • Must have successfully graduated from Lincoln/Augusta Tilghman/PTHS.

    Selection Committee Standing Rules:

    • The nomination period will start in October and end in January.
    • Nominators must complete and submit the application by the deadline each school year.
    • All documentation will be vetted by the Assistant Principal prior to sharing with the Selection Committee.
    • The Selection Committee will have a minimum of two weeks to review candidate materials/write-ups, and score based on a rubric criterion.
    • The minimum score to be inducted into the Hall of Fame will be set each year by the Selection Committee.
    • The Committee will aim for no more than four inductees each year.
    • Dual or multiple persons being nominated for the same/similar achievements (as a team, combined cohort) will count as a single awardee/honoree.
    • If more than five candidates are top scorers, discussion/voting will commence.
    • Additional information and/or documentation might be requested for verification and decision-making purposes.
    • School District leadership has final veto power over any nominee or inductee.
    • If a nominee is not selected, they must be re-nominated to be eligible for consideration the following year.
    • The nominee will NOT be contacted unless selected to join the Hall of Fame. A member of the Selection Committee will attempt to contact the nominator if a nominee is not selected.

    Summary of Achievement: Please provide the following information about the candidate. The Selection Committee will use this biographical sketch to make their decisions. Be specific and detailed. Bullet points are acceptable. Do not exceed two pages.
