Thank you for your interest in our 2ND Annual Easter Egg Hunt. We are hosting vendors to accommodate the eating, dining, and shopping needs of our participants. Our 1st event consisted of 219 adults scattered across the field hunting eggs. We anticipate an even larger crowd, across our 3 Egg hunting sessions that'll carry us into the night.

- Event Time: 6:00p - 8:45p
- Setup time: 4:30p
- Breakdown time: 8:30p
- Location: The Stables at Le Bocage (4550 SouthPark Dr)
- Cost: $50/booth
- 1 - 6ft table/2 chairs provided
- Setup information will be provided by April 1, 2025
- Vendor registration deadline: March 31, 2025
- Banner & signage are welcome
- You are allowed to have prizes/raffles/goodie bags at your booth.
- To enhance booth visitations, we plan to host a Bingo Scavenger Hunt. Prizes we collect from vendors will be gifted to winning participants
- All booth payments are non-refundable & eligible for tax write-off
- In the event of weather restrictions, the event will be rescheduled.
