  • We want everyone to be able to enjoy Victorious Festival, so we have worked on trying to make it is as accessible as possible for everyone. You can use this form to apply for a Personal Assistant (PA ticket) and/or access to the festival's viewing areas and raised viewing platform. 

    We reccomend taking a moment to read our Access Information HERE before purchasing your ticket and applying for access facilities. 

    If you are applying for a PA ticket, customers must buy their own ticket(s). Customers should NOT purchase a ticket for their PA. 

    Please ensure all the tickets you purchase are the correct ones for your party, as we do not issue refunds. 

     Applications close online on Monday 11th August.

  • Personal Assistant Ticket Information

  • A Personal Assistant ticket (PA ticket) is a complimentary version of a standard ticket.

    Victorious Festival provides these to ensure that customers who would be unable to attend the festival without additional support due to their disability, are not prohibited from doing so, by the additional cost of covering their PA’s ticket.

    This ticket is NOT required to use accessible facilities on site. These facilities are available for customers who need them, without having to ‘prove’ they are eligible.

    PLEASE NOTE You will need the following for a PA ticket:

    A copy of one of these eligibility documents:

    • Front page of Personal Independence Payment (PIP)letter/statement
    • Front page of DLA letter/statement
    • Evidence of being severely sight impaired
    • Access Card/national Disability Card with + 1 symbol.

    Please hide sensitive information such as payment amounts where possible. 

     

  • Personal Assistant Terms and Conditions – Please Read:

    By accepting a complimentary PA ticket, the PA accepts responsibility for providing the additional support required to access Victorious Festival, including in an emergency or evacuation, and must be capable of and available to provide this support throughout the customer’s visit.

    The personal assistant must be at least 16 years of age, although we recognise the support provided by young carers, our policy is that young people aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

    As this policy is potentially open to misuse, we require proof of eligibility as described above. Where a customer provides suitable proof of eligibility and proof of their purchase of a standard ticket, they will be granted a PA ticket.

    We will cancel tickets acquired by anyone found to be misusing this facility. 

    We need to see relevant supporting evidence of the need for additional support, in order to facilitate this. Please review our full terms and conditions HERE, which apply to all bookings including those for personal assistants.

  • Viewing Platforms

  • Please only apply for a pass for the raised viewing platforms if you are a wheelchair user or have a condition which means you cannot view the stages from ground level.

    If you do not require the additional height of the viewing area but you cannot stand in crowds, we have a reserved area in front of the platform to allow additional space, which you can apply for access to.

    The Accessible platform is a raised-level area which is designed to assist customers who cannot see from the ground, predominantly wheelchair/mobility aid users.

    The grass area is a fenced area in front of the platform for customers with requirements for space but not height.

    To accommodate as many customers with access needs as possible, we are only able to issue passes for you and your PA. However, the PA pass will be a lanyard to allow members of your party to take turns on the platform.

    Please note that even if your application for platform use is accepted, it is subject to capacity. We advise arriving at the platform early to see any favourite acts.

    There will be some seating but this is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

  • It is important that our D/deaf customers can enjoy and access the festival and share in the magic. Performance Interpreting Ltd will be providing registered qualified BSL interpreters & interpreting performances throughout the weekend.
