The Summer Arts at Mason Internship positions are designed for collegiate music, art, and theater students with exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for community arts education. Mason Community Arts Academy (MCAA) is seeking positive, proactive, organized candidates looking to gain valuable arts management and administration experience. Working alongside the Summer Arts at Mason Admin Team, interns participate and support the daily operations of MCAA’s weekly Summer Arts at Mason camp programs for students ages 4 - adults. This internship allows students to gain an understanding of program management in a fast-paced, hands-on learning environment, including opportunities to assist students and instructional faculty in the classroom.
