I am willing to Chaperone. If yes, I know that I need to be Safeguarded. More information regarding Chaperones will follow. There is not a fee for Chaperones. Chaperones will be determined by the number of students registered.

You will be sent the Archdiocese of Milwaukee's permission slip link as soon as we receive it. You are NOT officially signed up until this Archdiocese's form is filled out and your downpayment is paid.
