Thank you so much for your interest in ordering from The Cozy Confectionery! This form helps us gather all the details needed for your custom order and minimizes back-and-forth messages. Please fill out each section as thoroughly as possible. A few quick notes before submitting: we specialize in buttercream cakes only (no fondant-covered cakes). Custom designs are welcome, however exact replicas cannot be guaranteed. Once your form is submitted, please allow 24–48 hours for a response. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date (Zelle, Apple Pay, or Venmo). Orders are not confirmed until the retainer has been received, and the remaining balance is due in full prior to pickup. You understand that a 50% retainer is due in order to secure your order and the remaining balance for your order must be paid on or before pick up date prior to pick up. You understand that by submitting a form you are making an order request. Orders are not secured without payment. All sales are final, however we can accommodate a change in date (subject to availability) with at least 5 days notice. If you need to cancel an order for whatever reason due to an unforeseen circumstance's we will do our best to accommodate appropriately at our discretion. The Cozy Confectionery is not liable for any damage caused by the client (improper handling/storing, during transportation, etc..) once it leaves our kitchen. Please be advised that high temperatures and direct sunlight may cause negative affects to your cake. Please properly store your cakes either in a cool area away from direct heat or in a refrigerator. All products are made in a home-based kitchen that contains food allergens such as: gluten, dairy, peanuts, eggs and other nuts. For this reason we cannot guarantee an allergen safe product. It is the clients responsibility to inform their guests of any allergy risks.
