Event Policies & Guidelines
Event Timing
All events include 30 minutes before and after for setup and teardown and are booked in 2-hour blocks plus set up and tear down time. Additional time may be requested; approval is based on availability.
Decorations
Decorations are welcome; however, they must not damage walls, floors, or furniture.
Please note that confetti, glitter, and cake smashes are not permitted.
Damage & Cleaning
A damage fee may apply if bowling shoes are returned with food or substances that cause harm. Additional fees may be assessed for damage to the room or furniture or if excessive cleaning is required.
Outside Vendors
All off‑premise vendors and entertainers must be requested in advance and approved prior to arrival.
Food & Beverage
Guests may bring sweet treats such as cake, cupcakes, or ice cream.
All other outside food and beverages are prohibited.
Our full menu is available upon request for additional food options.
Please note: We are unable to store cakes or ice cream.
Pricing & Reservations
All events are subject to tax and a 20% gratuity.
Packages require advanced reservations and a 50% deposit.
Booking Timeline
Reservations made within 6 weeks are subject to availability.
Holiday events (Nov-Jan) typically require booking 2–4 months in advance.
Confirmation & Communication
You will receive a response to your request within 5 business days (Mon–Fri).
Please look for an email from chynotb@307horseracing.com to confirm your event details.
If you do not see a message within 5 business days, please check your junk folder.
**Please note the events office will be closed Feb 22nd-March 2nd. I will repsond upon to all requests upon my return**
