    First Coast Christian School (FCCS) is a private Christian, Biblically-based educational institution.  It operates in accordance with the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.  We reserve the right to select all employees by specific religious preference who can contribute to the stated religious objectives of the institution.  This position is taken under the authority granted within the provisions of Public Law 92-261 (Equal Opportunity Act of 1972), Section 702, 703(e), and Title 41, Chapter 60, Subpart 60-50.It is the policy of FCCS that all employees must be active, attending, participating, and tithing members of a local church of like faith and beliefs.
