Indemnity & Release of Liability
By signing below, the Participant (“Participant”) agrees to the following terms with T.Square Marketing, DBA Didi Retreats (“Didi Retreats”):
1. Assumption of Risk. Participant understands that retreat activities (including yoga, hiking, travel, and use of facilities) involve inherent risks such as injury, illness, environmental conditions, and unforeseen events. Participant voluntarily accepts all risks, known and unknown.
2. Release of Liability. Participant releases and holds harmless Didi Retreats, T.Square Marketing, and all employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities connected to participation, including those arising from negligence, acts of God, or third parties.
3. Indemnification. Participant agrees to indemnify Didi Retreats for any claims or expenses resulting from their actions during the retreat.
4. Binding Terms. This Agreement is binding on Participant and their heirs, successors, and representatives.
5. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by Illinois law. Any disputes will be handled in Illinois courts.
6. Severability. If any part of this Agreement is invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
By signing, Participant acknowledges they have read and agree to this Agreement.
