We are thrilled to make plans to celebrate Independence Day with the Mayor's Fireworks! The event will be held on Saturday, July 5 from 6pm to 10:30pm.
To be considered, please submit your information through the application process. Our team will review submissions, and selected vendors will receive an accpetance email with further details. Submission of this application does not mean you will be selected as a vendor. Planners reserve the right to select vendors based on a variety of menu offerings, space, and electrical availability, and other considerations.
There are a limited number of spaces available to ensure business for all vendors and offer a variety of options. We are looking for a mix of tent vendors and truck/trailer vendors. The event attracts 10,000-12,000 attendees between two venues
VENDOR FEES:
Vendor fees are non-refundable and must be paid before you will be allowed to set up for the event. We are planning to have a mix of tent and trucks at both stage locations. The planning team will assign the location.
10'x10' Tent $250
10' x 20' Tent $300
Truck Up to 12' $300
Truck 13' to 15' $400
Truck 16'+ $450
The work area must be protected from grease and oil spills. The use of cardboard or outdoor rug is recommended. Fines will be applied to vendors who do not clean up following the event and who do not show up.
Vendors may NOT leave their set up overnight. You will be required to tear down and clean up at the end of the event.
