We are thrilled to make plans to celebrate Independence Day with the Mayor's Fireworks! The event will be held on Saturday, July 5 from 6pm to 10:30pm and attracts 10,000-12,000 attendees between two venues.
We are looking for a variety of local vendors and organizations to join us to share their information and create a fun, family friendly atmosphere. We are excited to showcase a diverse range of products and services to our attendees. If you are interested in being a vendor please complete this application to help us understand your business, or organization and how it aligns with the goals of our event. Submission of this application does not mean you will be selected as a vendor. Planners reserve the right to select vendors based on a variety of offerings, space, and other considerations.
Restrictions:
Sale of food and/or beverages will not be accepted. Vendors interested in selling food or beverage items must apply as a food vendor. The only exception to this is fresh fruits and vegetables.
Vendor Fees:
Vendor fees are non-refundable and must be paid before you will be allowed to set up for the event. Vendor fees are for a 10'x10' space that includes 1 table and 2 chairs. All vendors are strongly encouraged to have a tent (not provided) and weights (not provided).

- Non-Profit $50 (must provide proof of non-profit status)
- Additional 1 6ft table and 2 chairs $10
Vendors may NOT leave their set up overnight. You will be required to tear down and clean up at the end of the event.
