Membership dues are $20.00 a Calendar Year- January to December. This filled out renewal form and payment can be mailed to our office. Or you can mail email the form and make payment by clicking DONATE ON OUR WEBSITE HERE. with a note that it is for membership for the year you are renewing for.

VOTING MEMBER $20. A Veteran’s Military Organization that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs as a Veterans Service Organization (VSO). If an organization is not listed as a VSO, it may be voted into the membership of the FVVC, provided its purpose is veteran-focused.ASSOCIATE MEMBER $20. An individual or organization that is not a Veterans Military Organization but has demonstrated a genuine interest in veterans, & subscribes to the purpose of FVVC. Non-voting but may participate in all other functions of the FVVC including participating in meetings, offering advice, and volunteering.
