Membership dues of $20 & an updated member renewal form are due by Jan. 1st of each year. Membership lasts Jan. 1st to Dec. 31st. * Failure to update this form and or pay dues by Jan. 1st may cause a suspension of voting rights, and or removal of your membership/organization's listing from our member roster & website.*

VOTING MEMBER $20. A Veteran’s Military Organization that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs as a Veterans Service Organization (VSO). If an organization is not listed as a VSO, it may be voted into the membership of the FVVC, provided its purpose is veteran-focused.ASSOCIATE MEMBER $20. An individual or organization that is not a Veterans Military Organization but has demonstrated a genuine interest in veterans, & subscribes to the purpose of FVVC. Non-voting but may participate in all other functions of the FVVC including participating in meetings, offering advice, and volunteering.
