    Once we have reviewed your application, we will contact you via email. We offer a free preliminary review of all applications. After a preliminary review, you can pay your application fee and provide your social security number.

    There is a $40 non-refundable application fee per applicant.

    There is a one-time $199 administrative fee due at move in.

     

    Availability:

    1) Apartments are held after receipt of a $400 holding deposit. The Holding Deposit will become your Security Deposit after move-in. It is non refundable. The holding deposit will be applied to liquidated damages if the applicant fails to sign a lease and begin paying rent by the agreed upon lease inception ("move-in") date.

    2) An apartment is guaranteed subject to a holding deposit being paid and a current resident, if one, moves out as scheduled.

    Rental Application:

    The application process typically takes 2 - 3 business days but can take longer depending on applicants’ ability to provide requested information. Be prepared to pay the Holding Deposit within 12 hours of application approval along with signing the lease within 2 days of application approval. Failure to pay the full Hold Deposit will result in your loss of hold on the property and the property may be rented to the next qualified applicant. In addition, if any of the provided information is false or misleading, the application may be denied and you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • There is a $350 initial non-refundable pet fee plus a $40 per month pet fee for the 1st pet, and a $150 non-refundable pet fee plus $20 per month for an additional pet. Two pet maximum. Management reserves the right to deny any pet it deems undesirable.

    I authorize Landlord or his agent to obtain information they deem necessary in the processing of my application, including: credit reports, civil or criminal actions, rental history, employment/salary details, police and vehicle records, and any other relevant information; and release Landlord, its employees and agents from all liability for any damage whatsoever incurred in furnishing or obtaining such information. I certify that the information furnished by me on this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, and if any information is found to be false, Landlord has no obligation to rent to me. Landlord may terminate any agreement entered into under false pretense.
