ELIGIBILITY
This auction gladly accepts original drawings, paintings, printmaking, photography, and collage. Not every work submitted will be accepted. Artists are welcome to submit up to 10 works.
PRESENTATION
Work must be smaller than 48 inches in any direction.
All work must come ready to hang. Works done on paper must be framed. A label must be attached to the back of each work with the artists name, title, medium, and dimensions.
All submitted work cannot be withdrawn before auction.
SHIPPING
Artists will be responsible for delivery and return shipping of all unsold artwork (see exceptions below). The artist assumes all responsibility for insuring artwork against shipping damage or loss. [Exceptions: The Artists' Commission will pay for work to be shipped to and from artists if the artist forfeits all proceeds.]
LIABILITY
The Artists' Commission is not responsible for any damage, breakage, replacement or cost associated with any damage or breakage that may have occurred during transport or unpacking the work. Every precaution will be taken in handling the work, but The Artists' Commission assumes no liability for any loss or damage to any artists work while in our care, custody, or control, before, during or after the auction.
ARTWORK SALES
All work will be displayed for the live auction and proceeds will be donated to The Artists' Commission as specified by the artist in the 'Donation Options' section of this form. All unsold work will be returned to artists.

ENTRY AGREEMENT
With the donation of artwork to The Artists' Commission, the artist agrees to all the terms and conditions that have been set forth in this form.
