2025 APGA Exhibition Terms and Conditions.
Exhibition:

All displays, equipment, and materials must remain within your stand boundaries.

Exhibitors must have public liability insurance for their display area.

External contractors must be approved by APGA.

Equipment and materials must arrive on time. APGA is not responsible for delayed deliveries or pickups.
Booking & Payments

Book via email or online booking form.

Deposit: A $1,000 AUD deposit per stand confirms your booking.

Full Payment Due: 31 July 2025.
Cancellation Policy

Before 9 May 2025: Full refund available.

After 9 May 2025: Deposit is non-refundable.

After 31 July 2025: Full payment required.
Disclaimer:
APGA reserves the right to cancel the Convention and Exhibition or cancel/alter any program item, venue or activity without notice. In the event of a cancellation of the Convention and Exhibition, the maximum liability of APGA is limited to a refund of any payments made by an Exhibitor to APGA for the Convention and Exhibition up to the date of the cancellation. APGA will otherwise not be liable for any loss or damage suffered in association with such cancellation or alteration.
