Letter Of Understanding
Here are the general terms of the Unsecured Working Capital Program. This agreement is between you and THRICE GREAT INTERNATIONAL LLC. You have requested THRICE GREAT INTERNATIONAL LLC's assistance in obtaining unsecured financing for your business, specifically for loan and line of credit consulting services. The Funding Fee will be deducted once the intended amount of funding is complete. All cards will be in our possession until the funded amount you've requested is reached and shipped to you once the service fee is paid. For any deviations from these terms, please ensure to communicate with THRICE GREAT INTERNATIONAL LLC. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL FEES MUST BE SETTLED ACCORDING TO THE AGREED FEE STRUCTURE. During this time, please refrain from making new applications for credit cards, cars, apartments, or other such items without prior consent, as it may lead to the nullification of this agreement. To address any negative items on your credit report (as is customary in credit repair), we will require copies of your identification, utility bill, and Social Security card. THRICE GREAT INTERNATIONAL LLC offers a referral program where you can earn $500 for each client you refer to us, subject to the condition that they successfully secure funding. It is your responsibility to maintain a record of the referrals you send our way. Please note that loan amounts, interest rates, and terms are determined by individual lenders and are contingent on their specific underwriting criteria, which encompass various factors, including but not limited to revenue, income, personal credit history, and business credit profile. THRICE GREAT INTERNATIONAL LLC does not guarantee loan approval or specify a minimum approval amount with any particular lender, and in most cases, multiple lenders may be involved in fulfilling your funding requirements. You agree to adhere to the fee structure outlined in the fee agreement, irrespective of whether you choose to utilize the funding secured with the assistance of THRICE GREAT INTERNATIONAL LLC, and you may also be required to directly communicate with certain lenders and follow their unique loan submission procedures. On average, loan approvals take between 2 to 14 business days from the moment the lender receives your application. By signing this agreement, you certify that you are the applicant, and all the information you have provided is accurate and truthful. You grant authorization to THRICE GREAT INTERNATIONAL LLC, its affiliated lenders, or assigns to access your credit report and act on your behalf through a Special and Limited Power of Attorney during the application and verification process, whether electronically, verbally, in writing, or by any other appropriate means. This Letter of Understanding is subject to the jurisdiction of Atlanta, Georgia, and will be governed and interpreted in accordance with its laws, without regard to conflicts of laws and rules. Both parties agree to submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Georgia state courts in and for Fulton County and the federal courts in and for the District of Georgia.
