Image Rights

If you want your child to appear in photographs, campus advertising, and/or on social media, you must ACCEPT BOTH OF THE FOLLOWING SECTIONS:

This authorization can be revoked at any time, in writing, to the address legal@gironafc.cat, gironafccampsusa-is.com and gironafccamp@ironvalleysoccer.org with the Parties committing not to use the granted images in any future campaigns or activities.

We GRANT, free of charge and without geographical or temporal limitation, our consent and authorization for GIRONA FC, IBERIA SPORTS CAMPS S.L. AND IRON VALLEY UNITED to:

Authorize the transfer of image rights of our child, as a participant Girona FC US Soccer Camp 2025 of GIRONA FÚTBOL CLUB, S.A.D., IBERIA SPORTS CAMPS S.L:, IRON VALLEY UNITED, so these images may be used for informational and non-commercial purposes, to be included in brochures, advertisements, or any other promotional and informational materials of the Parties. Use them internally for presentations, reports, records, or other documents of a similar nature. Reproduce and publicly share these images for informational and promotional purposes through the Internet; for example, on portals and websites managed by the Club and on the respective social media platforms of authorized entities (Facebook, Twitter, etc.). Additionally, these images may be used internally by the Club for presentations, reports, records, or other similar documents.Reproduce and publicly share these images for informational and promotional purposes through the Internet, including but not limited to, portals and websites managed by Girona FC, IBERIA SPORTS, IRON VALLEY and on the respective social media platforms of third parties authorized by the Club(Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).Use the images of our child by Girona FC , IBERIA SPORTS, IRON VALLEY, through the aforementioned images and audiovisual content, with the ability to sublicense these to third parties for promotional campaigns or participation in events organized by Girona FC, IBERIA SPORTS CAMPS S.L.,IRON VALLEY UNITED while always respecting the applicable legislation on the matter.Include them in brochures or any other promotional and informational material of Girona FC, IBERIA SPORTS CAMPS S.L.; IRON VALLEY UNITED, as well as use them internally for presentations, reports,records, or other documents of a similar nature.

I AUTHORIZE, as the mother/father/guardian indicated in the previous section, my child to leave the facilities alone once the Camp activity has ended, thereby releasing the club from any responsibility for what might happen once the participant has left the premises.

Minor Waiver / Release RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR MINOR PARTICIPANTS READ BEFORE SIGNING

IN CONSIDERATION OF my child/ward, {athletesName} , being allowed to participate in the Girona FC US Soccer Camp 2025 related events and activities, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:

The risk of injury to my child from the activities involved in these programs is significant, including the potential for permanent disability and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and,

1. FOR MYSELF, SPOUSE, AND CHILD, I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES or others, and assume full responsibility for my child’s participation; and,

2. I willingly agree to comply with the program’s stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If I observe any unusual significant concern in my child’s readiness for participation and/or in the program itself, I will remove my child from the participation and bring such attention of the nearest official immediately; and,

3. I myself, my spouse, my child, and on behalf of my/our heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS Girona FC US Soccer Camp 2025; its directors, officers, officials, agents, employees, volunteers, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (“Releasees”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property incident to my child’s involvement or participation in these programs, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. I, for myself, my spouse, my child, and on behalf of my/our heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS all the above Releasees from any and all liabilities incident to my involvement or participation in these programs, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THEIR NEGLIGENCE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. I, the parent/guardian, assert I have explained to my child/ward: the risks of the activity, his/her responsibilites for adhering to the rules and regulations, and that my child/ward understands this agreement.
I, FOR MYSELF, MY SPOUSE, AND CHILD/WARD, HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT WE HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
