Student Agreement
If I am selected as a recipient of the Swami Dayanand Education Foundation Scholarship, I agree to thefollowing:
1. I agree to enroll in the program previously selected and approved no later than the fall semester of 2024-25
2. I agree to attend all scheduled Scholarship meetings with the foundation representative.
3. I agree to follow the academic plan for my program of study. I understand that scholarship funds will not be available for courses unrelated to the program I have selected.
4. I agree to submit the following statements: (a) Tuition and Fee Statement as soon as I register for classes, (b) Invoice for textbooks/supplies, and (c) Supporting documentation such as class syllabus stating need for textbooks/supplies. I understand that eligible expenses include tuition, fees, books, and approved Syllabus expenditures. All receipts for textbooks and supplies must be submitted. I understand that eligible expenses do not include transportation, food or housing costs.
5. I agree to provide a Student Update, including an unofficial transcript, at the end of each semester.
6. I agree to maintain the minimum cumulative GPA as required by Swami Dayanand Education Foundation every semester and will discuss queries, if any.
7. I understand I will be placed on Academic Probation following any semester that results in a cumulative GPA below the minimum GPA required. I understand that scholarship funding will be denied if cumulative GPA does not return to the minimum required GPA for my program in the following semester.
8. I agree to pay for class repeats from a failed grade.
