By participating in hot air ballooning with Shepherd Balloon Operation & Maintenance LLC, I, the Participant, release Shepherd Balloon and their associated parties from liability for any harm or loss, even in the event of injury or death, caused by negligence or other factors during the hot air balloon activity, including flight, launch, landing, setup, and transportation.

I acknowledge the risks associated with hot air ballooning, including the risk of serious injury or death, and I willingly assume responsibility for these risks. This release covers all types of claims, known or unknown, related to this activity.

I understand that the pilot-in-command is solely responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft, and I accept their final decision to fly or not.

I agree to protect Shepherd Balloon Operation & Maintenance LLC from any claims, actions, judgments, losses, or costs, including legal fees, arising from my participation.

I understand that this agreement is intended to be as broad as permitted by law, and if any part is invalid, it won't affect the rest of the agreement. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

I certify that I am at least eighteen years old and medically fit for this activity. I have read and fully
understand this Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement.

If applicable, I also certify that l am the parent or guardian of a minor participant, with the legal authority to execute this release on their behalf. I agree to be bound by these terms.
