    Winter Citrus Cider

    Warm up with our Winter Citrus Cider, a refreshing blend of crisp hard cider, freshly squeezed lemon and orange juices, and a hint of maple syrup. Garnished with fresh apple slices and a rosemary sprig, this drink can be enjoyed warmed for a winter warming experience.


    Starters
    Burrata and Burnt Orange Salad  

    Creamy burrata served with charred orange wedges, fresh pomegranate seeds, cherry tomatoes, and a burnt orange vinaigrette, garnished with fresh mint.  

    Pairs with: Green Apple Cider - The tartness of the green apple complements the citrus notes, creating a light and crisp starter.


    Soup Course
    Butternut Squash Soup  

    Rich and creamy butternut squash soup topped with crispy bacon, croutons, spring onions, and roasted pumpkin seeds, finished with a dollop of crème fraîche.  

    Pairs with: Flannel Jack - The apple and ginger notes enhance the richness of the winter squash.


    First Main Course 
    Duck Confit Tamale  

    Tender duck leg encased in a blue masa tamale, drizzled with mole verde and topped with queso fresco and umami onion sour cream. (Umami is the fifth basic taste, enhancing depth of flavor.)

    Second Main Course 
    Smoked Rib  

    Slow-smoked beef rib served with citrus coleslaw and chef's potato salad (baby potatoes roasted and tossed in chimichurri).  

    Pairs with: White Peach Cider - A sweet, spritzy cider that balances the richness of the smoked beef and the tangy potato salad.

     Dessert
    Almond Panna Cotta with Strawberry Kiwi  

    Silky almond panna cotta topped with fresh strawberries and kiwi.
