    • We did not reach an important goal in 2024. 
       
      It turns out this program does not fit well enough into many grant-maker's parameters to be awareded significant funding. (see our AW 2024 budget report here) This leaves us with even more work behind the scenes.

      Why should you care? 

      • Art Walks are the only program that puts customers INSIDE business doors

      • You are not comfortable asking another small business to sacrifice 1/3 of its productivity for this either

      • 'It takes a village' -- you know we're stronger together

      • Increased efficency / funding = reduced pricing for participants



      The good news is... despite funding challanges, we're happy to keep organizing it all. Here's how it can still happen in 2025: 

      Our Art Walk social media guru of 2024 is willing to tripple her current hours to squeeze us in between other committments during the entire FULL YEAR of 2025 Art Walks ... but only if paid, of course.

    • Art Walk Timing -- Your Thoughts:  
    • In 2025, we'd like to aim our goals even higher to:  
    • 1.  Increase ease of registration 
           We will use a single form to collect info/upload/payment to reduce
           mistakes on both our parts.  ($200/yr and reduces admin costs)

      2.  Secure a signed contract with a professional for 300 - 400 hours worth of 
           social-media/graphics/customer support for all of 2025. 
           ($8,000 - 14,000, 1/4 - 1/3 of a year's tiny salary) 

      3. provide window stickers asap with all the 2025 dates ($250) 

      3.  Simplify an invoice regimen for businesses (also reduecs overall cost)

      4.  Explore better signage options to distinguish super supporting hosts, and
           diversify advertising to attract more visitors ($__?)   

      5.  Educate the visitors on how to collect art ($__?)
