What is CX World?

A community for friends of Factory.

Our goal is to connect the best people in our network on the last Thursday of every second month at a pub in London so they can hang out, network & learn from each other.

As we grow the community, we will be creating one-off, invite-only, exclusive talk events.

So if you’re a brand operator, a founder, a designer, a developer, a marketer, an eCommerce anything, a CX nerd, a tech partner, an agency person or something in between - we’d love to see you. Drinks and food are on us!

Note: we are an incredibly sober-friendly event. Tim has been sober for 10yrs and can confirm our events are still very very fun.
