2025 Listings and Features Registration

Complete the form below to register for a Listing and Feature in the Open Studios directory
This form is for registering as a group/collective/event, and to have your information in the Open Studios directory.

You will be part of the Open Studio routes and on the map in the directory. It will publicise your exhibition as listing on the Open Studio Route pages, PLUS a Feature on the Open Studio featured pages.

Please remember : You MUST BE OPEN for both Open Studios weekends 11am-5pm.

If you cannot commit to these times, then contact us about having a Display Advert in the directory instead.

Notes before you start
- You can save your session and complete at a different time. You'll find a 'save' button at the bottom of the form, and a tutorial on the FAQ page.
- The 'Text for directory' and 'Studio directions' are limited in character length, so we suggest using Word or Google Docs to check the character amount for both, rather than typing into this form.
- The form will only accept your images if they fit the size, so please check the image guidelines before trying to register
- You will need your payment card to pay the fee and submit the form.

This is where you upload the images of your artwork, so please triple-check the guidelines before trying to upload them.
We need:
- High quality square images
- Named and numbered images in this format : CHEN.A.1.jpg.
- The file sizes to be between 1mb and 10mb.
- Either .jpg or .png files.
- At least three different images of your work
- Images that don't have important detail/features at the very edge of the images due to the "bleed edge" in printing
- Solely images of artwork - no logos or text please.
