Certified Utility Vegetation Management Professional® Application

The UVM Professional Development Program (PDP) Board of Governors has partnered with the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point College of Natural Resources, Wisconsin Forestry Center to deliver this program. Completion of the certificate program is the primary prerequisite to earning your Professional Credential and being recognized by the industry as a Certified Utility Vegetation Management Professional®. Through the UVM PDP Board of Governors operations and oversight, the UAA will be the issuing and governing body for this Professional Credential.

- Demonstration of competency
- Work-related experience
- Membership in the Utility Arborist Association
- Commitment to UVM Professional Development Program’s Code of Ethics & Professional Conduct
How to apply:
- Complete this application form and pay the $25 application fee
- Sign Release & Authorization Form
- Attach the following supporting documents below:
  - Completed Release & Authorization Form
  - A UVM 9: UVM Professional Credential Certificate of Completion from the University of Wisconsin – Steven Point
  - A resume or curriculum vitae documenting work-related experience
