Hair/Make-up space: 

Hair/Makeup will have space in rooms available on the second floor, or you can work from your hotel room. 

Fees: 

No Sales Commission - flat fee $400

Payment can be made by Zelle (to 619-572-2731), cash, check, cashier's check or credit card.

Terms:

• Please remember this is limited numbers, first signees get the 8 spaces on second floor, then you will have to be in your room.
• Once we receive full payment we will confirm your space and advertize you on the beach Bash website.
• If payment in full is not received by Feb 10th, 2025 we reserve the right to sell to an alternate vendor.
• Organizers are not responsible for any theft or damage incurred by vendors, vendors should make appropriate arrangements to safeguard their own booths and products during the event.

Independent Contractor: Client is contracting me to perform the short- term independent contractor services described in writing between parties. I understand and acknowledge that I perform these services as an independent contractor for a limited duration, as agreed upon between Client and me. I understand that my services will no longer be required or needed by the Client following the conclusion of the event for which I am providing services. The Client shall not be responsible for withholding taxes with respect to my compensation hereunder. Instead, I am solely responsible for, and will file, on a timely basis, all tax returns and payments required to be filed with, or made to, any federal, state or local tax authority with respect to the performance of services and receipt of fees under this Agreement. Further, no part of my compensation will be subject to withholding by the Client for the payment of any social security, federal, state or any other employee payroll taxes. The Client will regularly report amounts paid to me by filing Form 1099-MISC with the Internal Revenue Service as required by law. I shall have no claim against the Client hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, social security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
