    At Exco Capital, we have a no-commission policy. We do not take or receive commissions from referrals provided to listing agents, independent dealmakers, opportunity brokers, or professional associates.

  • 3. No Fee Increases If You Register Now

    If you register before the end of 2024, your annual association subscription fee will remain the same without annual increases. One fee, no change!

  • 4. Money-Back Guarantee

    If you are not satisfied with the value you receive at the end of your subscription term, we will gladly refund your money.

    • The registration fee is R450 per year.


    3. Professional Associate

    • A professional who receives leads from us to provide specialised services.
    • Includes the roles of Listing Agent and Opportunity Broker/Dealmaker.
    • The registration fee is R975 per year.
